This one little honest sentence will:
- Stop unnecessary calls from candidates asking for results of their application.
- Give candidate closure if they do not receive a call.
- Prevent candidates from feeling ghosted.
- Uphold company’s reputation by being accountable to own deadlines.
- Develop a respectful recruitment process.
It's amazing what one little proactive action can do.
